You agree not to conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including scraping, data mining, data extraction or data harvesting) on or in relation to our Services. Prohibited data collection includes, but is not limited to, using the Services as input into other services, websites, or databases.
User-generated Content
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other material (the “Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the User from whom it originated. This means that the User, and not PromptBros, is entirely responsible for all Content that they upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via our Services.
You are solely responsible for the Content you post on PromptBros. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of your content to provide the services and to promote PromptBros.
You agree not to republish any content generated by our Services without clearly citing PromptBros as well as the context associated with the content. Misrepresentation of the source of the content or the nature of its creation is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, which includes, but is not limited to, posting content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, in violation of any laws, or infringes the rights of others.
PromptBros does not control Content posted via our Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using our Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. PromptBros will make reasonable attempts to protect the Content in the Services it provides by monitoring and leveraging Proviers moderation tools when available.
PromptBros Users will also be able to proactively report Content they believe to be harmful or against the Terms & Conditions set for PromptBros to review accordingly.
Under no circumstances will PromptBros AI be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.
Termination of Services
PromptBros reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspendm or terminate your account or access to the Services for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
Changes to the Terms of Service
PromptBros may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will let Users know either by posting the modified Terms on the site or through other communications such as by email.
It is important that Users review the Terms whenever we modify them, because if you continue to use the Services after we a modification of the Terms on the site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
