Understand how the credit system works in PromptBros and the various options available to you.
Why Credits?
At PromptBros, we aim to foster responsible use of online resources. Unlike many online platforms that offer unlimited free access, which often implies data trade-offs, we've chosen a different path. We implement a credit system, encouraging users to understand and value the resources they use, and contributing to a more sustainable digital landscape. It also allows us to respect user's privacy and avoid the need to monetize personal data.
How Credits Work
Every operation on PromptBros costs a certain number of credits. This structure reflects the real-world costs of maintaining an online platform. Each time you use the platform and its features, you will be notified of the number of credits you are spending. You can also view your credit balance at any time in your Dashboard.
Earning Credits as a Creator
As a Creator, you earn credits each time someone views your creations. The number of credits earned is based on the price you've defined, which is then transferred from the viewer. This system rewards your creativity and skills and promotes a fair and responsible online ecosystem.
Remember, your contributions and usage not only enrich our community but also contribute to the maintenance and growth of this platform. We value your participation in our journey towards democratizing AI interaction and exploration.
Credit Usage
Credits are used for operation that triggers Credits Usage on PromptBros and follow a fair usage policy that we monitor and review frequently.
Below are examples of types of activity, that you will be notified of, which usually involve Credits being transacted:
- Collecting Prompts, Agents, Packs, or Collections that Users set a Credit Price for. After Credits are spent, the Object is yours to keep and use.
- Using Model Services to run Agents. These are governed by the current Pricing available in our Models page.
- Prolonged Storage of Media without regular Activity in an Account can lead to Credits being used for Storage costs. We will notify you of this before any Credits are spent.
- For Creators, promotion Services of store or content to be more visibile in our platform will have Credit costs associated.
Credit Packages
We offer different credit packages to cater to the diverse needs of our users.
Free Monthly Credits
Our User package is absolutely free and includes 100 credits. It is designed for beginners or casual AI enthusiasts. If your credit balance goes below 100, it is reset to 100 credits monthly. This means you can enjoy learning about PromptBros without any cost.
PromptBros reserves the right to remove any Services or stop the free User Credit allocation at any time, as part of our Terms of Service.
Creator Package
For AI professionals, educators, and content creators, we offer a Creator Package for $9.99 per month. This package includes 350 credits and allows creators to earn more credits by sharing their creations with the community.
Top-Up Options
We provide options for users to top up their credit balance when needed. Here are the top-up packages we offer:
- Regular: 150 credits $5 / £5 / 5€
- Large: 350 credits $10 / £10 / 10€
- Uber Saver: 800 credits $20 / £20 / 20€
Each package is designed with consideration for the activities you might engage in - creating items, viewing items, or spending time with the AI Agent.
All transactions are securely handled by Stripe.
